About this service
If your MX13 powered Kenworth or Peterbilt truck won’t start, won’t build throttle, Has Fuel Rail Pressure Issues that parts are not solving or is throwing communication or ECU-related faults, this is one of the most common ECM failures we see. If you’ve already replaced sensors or parts and still have issues, this is often the root cause. Many of these units fail internally even when everything else checks out. After diagnosing the issue, we remove the microcontroller, RAM, and co-processor, reball them with proper materials, and reflow them back to the PCB. If needed, the microcontroller is replaced with a new MPC5566 and your original data is restored from backup or server records. We then retest the unit to verify functionality and ensure fault codes are inactive. When you ship us your PACCAR PCI our live process tracking in your account dashboard gives you real time information and communication the entire way through from the time you ship it until the time it's delivered back to your door. You’ll receive real photos of your repair and verification results before payment—so you know exactly what was fixed. Not sure if your MX13 ECM is the issue?
