Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to repair services offered under the CPC Doctor brand and operated by ECM Authority. By submitting a repair order and signing at checkout, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms.

Description of Service
CPC DOCTOR will repair your product using our professional practices and knowledge. If your product cannot be repaired it will be returned to you at no cost other than return shipping. Upon 30 days of nonpayment after the invoice date the product will be forfeited by you and we reserve the right to keep and/or sell the product. By shipping your product to CPC DOCTOR you give consent to CPC DOCTOR to repair your unit at the cost agreed upon.
Refund/Cancellation
Refunds will only be made on the original repair after the product has been returned to CPC DOCTOR for our inspection AND we deem the issue is with the original repair work performed by us AND we are unable to repair the unit after return. All refunded non repairable products will be returned to you with no shipping charge.
Shipping
Shipping Methods: We ship UPS Next Day Air Saver unless otherwise requested.
Expected Timeframes: Turnaround Times are stated in the repair information on our website but are not guaranteed, certain repairs with extraordinary damage may take longer to perform.
Shipping Prices: We bill you for actual shipping costs at time of payment.
Force Majeure
CPC DOCTOR shall be excused from any delay or failure in performance required hereunder if caused by reason of any occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, fire, insurrection, strikes, lock-outs or other serious labor disputes, riots, earthquakes, floods, explosions or other acts of nature.
Limitation of Liability
The Client acknowledges and agrees that CPC DOCTOR will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not the Client has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage.
No Guarantee beyond stated Warranty
The client acknowledges and agrees that CPC DOCTOR cannot guarantee the results or effectiveness of any of the services rendered or to be rendered. Rather, services shall be executed in a professional manner and in accordance with good industry practice.
