Lifetime Warranty (Original Purchaser Only)

Warranty Terms

• The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Warranty coverage remains in effect for as long as the original purchaser owns the repaired CPC.
• The warranty applies only to the specific CPC module repaired by ECM Authority and identified by its serial number or other unique identifier.
• Customers are responsible for shipping the unit to ECM Authority. Return shipping of approved warranty repairs within the United States is included.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover failures resulting from:

• Water intrusion, corrosion, or environmental contamination.
• Fire, flood, lightning, collision, or other acts of nature.
• Improper installation, incorrect wiring, reverse polarity, jump-start damage, over-voltage, or electrical system faults.
• Physical abuse, impact damage, or unauthorized disassembly, modification, or attempted repair.
• Damage caused by other vehicle components, including wiring harnesses, batteries, alternators, starters, sensors, or power distribution faults.
• Software modifications, unauthorized programming, or calibration changes not performed or approved by ECM Authority.
• Normal wear, cosmetic damage, or failures unrelated to the original repair.

Warranty Claim Process

Starting a warranty claim is quick and easy:

1. Log in to your ECM Authority customer account.
2. Navigate to your order history and select the repaired CPC.
3. Click Start Warranty Return and complete the short warranty request form describing the issue.
4. Once your request is submitted, you'll receive return instructions and any required shipping information.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection. If the failure is determined to be covered under this warranty, the unit will be repaired or replaced at no charge. If the failure is determined to be outside the scope of this warranty, we will contact you with an estimate before any non-warranty work is performed.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the CPC module. ECM Authority shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to vehicle downtime, towing, lost revenue, labor charges, rental vehicles, loss of use, or damage to other vehicle components.

This warranty is the exclusive warranty provided for the repaired CPC and replaces all other express or implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
